Return, refund & exchange policy

If you want to return or change your product, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your order. your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For returns and refunds, reach out to our support team at [email protected].

Can I return/exchange items if I change my mind?

Yes. We do allow that as long as it's the same price as the item that you would like to get exchanged for.

Do you offer refunds?

We can only issue a full refund once you return the item. Keep in mind that you will have to cover the shipping expenses yourself and the parcel should be shipped with full tracking. Once we receive the tracking information, we can process a refund. 

Can I return a sale item?

Yes. Actually, all products are under the same return policy, including all products on sale and other promotions. Just provide us the exact reason why you wanted to return an item.
